Support Matters

CREATIVE OVERVIEW

​

Canon came to us with the goal of positioning their Professional Services and Support ("CPS") as the industry standard.

​

In order to do so, we humanized their offering through authentic partnerships with photographer, filmmaker, and mountain climber Jimmy Chin and wedding photographer Pye Jirsa.

​

We created a manifesto for why "SUPPORT MATTERS" and captured content that spoke to the true needs of professionals.

​

Our partners' stories came to life in print ads and a multitude of digital and social assets. Jimmy Chin's story was captured in a BTS/docu-style video, which we released on the heels of his documentary film being shortlisted for an Academy Award. 

​

Our content marketing campaign was proven successful, as the CPS program saw its highest registration rate the quarter after our assets went live.

MY ROLE

​​

I was responsible for:

  • Casting and negotiating contracts between Canon and Jimmy Chin + Pye Jirsa.

  • Authoring content briefs and prepping Jimmy for his video shoot.

  • Serving as talent's POC throughout all phases of production.

  • Serving as Field Producer on-set for the Jimmy Chin video shoot.

  • Reviewing social copy and providing edits before content went live.
